A must have accessory for your little babe! Our bow headbands will be the perfect addition to any outfit. Made from 100% acrylic yarn tied to a stretchy nylon headband and they can also be doubled as a hair tie.

Processing time:

All of my products are made to order so this unfortunately creates a bit of a processing time... this will always be updated and pinned to the top of our website

Please note: Our items are handmade. They may have colour variations or slight imperfections. Small details may be different to pictures.

Sizing

One size fits all! Our headbands will fit newborn - adult!

Safety Instructions

As with any toy or accessory for your child, please ensure proper supervision whilst using your new products. All Bear and Cub Design items are strong and durable, but it will not last forever. Please check for wear and tear on a regular basis. If your precious product shows any signs of deterioration, please dispose of immediately or use for keepsake, display purposes only, out of reach of young children.

Care Instructions

Hand wash all products and roll in a towel to remove excess water, lay flat to dry. Do not ring out excess water as it could loosen the stitches. Do not iron or apply direct heat. Products can go in the dryer however on a low heat, this does however create a risk of shrinkage.

Shipping & Returns

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is offered from our address in Longwarry, Victoria. This option is free and can be selected at checkout. Please keep in mind that orders take typically 10-15  business days (Monday to Friday) to be processed before collection. Please always refer to the announcement bar at the top of our website to get the most up to date processing time. 
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued. You must provide a secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home. 
Currently shipping is available for Australia only. If you are located outside of Australia, please send us at message on Instagram @bearandcub.designs and we can discuss the possibility of posting internationally. 
Shipping charge is based on weight and is calculated into two categories:

Australia
Standard 3-7 Business Days

$8 AUD
Express 1-3 Business Days

$15 AUD
 
Shipping is free on all orders over $100!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from Longwarry, Vic 3816. After this processing time, any queries regarding arrival should be directed to Australia Post. Once you are provided with a tracking number, it is out of our hands.
During busy periods, please order ahead of time if needed for a special occasion.
What do I do if I enter the wrong address? 
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. If you have not received shipping confirmation yet, we can easily change your address.  
If you have received your shipment email, a $12 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $8 postage fee will be charged. Orders can not be refunded once the initial tracking number has been received.
